Christmas Tree Ornaments

Let’s see now, holiday parties, white elephant gift exchanges, teachers, grandparents, the list just goes on! Why not learn to make your own hand-crafted Christmas Tree Ornaments and take care of some of the special people on your gift list?

In the Christmas Ornament class, you will learn to make three different ornament designs; a glass ornament covered with scrapbook paper, (in my sample, I used a replica newsprint and a photocopy of my son), a die-cut wooden tag ornament covered with lovely Christmas-style paper, and an origami folded box ornament, which can also be filled with something sweet as an extra treat.

Please bring with you a 12” paper trimmer, scissors, Mod Podge, a clear glass ornament, your favorite yarn or fiber, your choice of pattern paper and two sheets of 12x12” cardstock. I recommend that you select 2-sided paper since both sides will be visible in some portion of the origami box. You may also want to bring photos to further personalize your ornaments. The remaining supplies will be provided for you.
